The RISA Charitable Trust would like to invite you to come to South Africa. RISA Board member and former Executive Director, Bob Schminkey leads trips to South Africa every year.
RISA trips typically provide a short, intensive introduction to South Africa for first time visitors. We meet with leaders of business, government, church and community groups and visit well-known historical and tourist areas such as Robben Island and Table Mountain.
RISA groups visit Cape Town, the Eastern Cape Province and Johannesburg. Each trip is tailored to meet the particular interests of the group. For more information and a full itinerary, contact the RISA office.
The cost for a ten day/two week trip is approximately $3,500 - $4,000 and can include all air travel (from Atlanta), ground transportation, lodging, breakfasts and dinners.
Spouses and friends are more than welcome. In addition, if you would like to extend your trip to include additional sightseeing in Southern Africa, RISA's travel agent is exceptionally well qualified to assist you. Options might include, golfing and sightseeing at Victoria Falls or Sun City, or safaris in Kruger National Park, Zimbabwe or Namibia.
